Google Bourbon algo rollback

It doesn’t look like a complete rollback, but there does appear to be a minor adjustment this week since the Bourbon update.

It appears that the relevancy know has been turned up yet again. No guarantee that this is true across the board, but I’m seeing it on sites I monitor.
